I have the utmost trust in the employees at Jackson Automotive. I have no doubt that my vehicle will receive the attention and superior care it deserves, and that I can feel safe when driving it home from whatever service it has had performed on it while in the hands of whichever of the highly skilled and experienced technicians handled it. Every one of the staff is very pleasant and welcoming, and they never fail to thank me for my business. Also, they always offer to take me back home after I've dropped off my car to be serviced and will bring my car to my house after it's done if I need them to do that, too. Super service !!!

Everyone was super-friendly and helpful. As I suspected, on my 2005 Subaru, there were 2 additional issues that needed to be repaired. Now, I am able to prioritize future work according to my budget! Jackson Automotive is excellent in explaining and showing you what they discovered. I depend on them because they know what they're doing.

I couldn't be happier with my service at Jackson's. This is the first garage I've ever taken my vehicle to where I felt like I was informed about the repairs on a detailed level, and was treated like a valued customer instead of a bag of money with legs. They gave me in depth information about the repairs that were needed, recommended other services (rather than giving me the hard sell on everything), and when I got my car back it ran as good as new. The final price even ended up being less than their original estimate. I'll be going back here every time my car needs service from now on. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Thomas who worked with keeping me up to date with the repairs each and every day and did everything in his power to make my experience great and keep my car running like a dream.

Jackson's has been helping me keep my vehicles running for 6 years now - they are always courteous and thorough, and they feel more like a friend that is doing me a favor than a business. When I need additional information regarding an issue or a part they are always ready to help me.

We had used Jackson's in the past but for some reason had chosen to try something different a couple of times. Now we have learned to just take our vehicles to Jackson's. They do it right! We had quite a bit of work done on our 1994 Toyota 4x4 to take to Ouray this summer. They did a thorough inspection and told us what should be done and they did it. I’ve had trouble diagnosing an electrical fault on my Saturn. These guys knew exactly what was up and my car has neverrun as well as it does now.
